Processing & Production

Many of our items are individually 3D-printed to order. The processing time until shipping is usually 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

After shipping, the estimated delivery time within Germany and the EU is 3–5 business days. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, delivery may take longer; the duration depends on the destination country and customs clearance. The total duration therefore results from the processing and delivery time.

Carrier

Shipping is carried out with DHL.

Germany: from €3.95 (depending on the item) – free from €50 order value.
EU countries: from €5.95 (depending on the item) – free from €50 order value.
Worldwide: €26.95 (depending on the item) – no free shipping.

Express shipping (excluded from free shipping from €50):

Germany: €14.95
EU countries: €79.95
Worldwide: €149.95

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees charged by the carrier may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are borne by you.
