Terms of service
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope & Provider
These GTC apply to all orders placed through the online shop PrintSpireDE. The provider and contractual partner is Gyula Kovacs, Käfertaler Str. 25, 68167 Mannheim, Germany, e-mail: printspirede@gmail.com.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order via the "buy"/"buy now" button, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation or with the shipment of the goods.
3. Prices & Small Business Regulation
All prices are final prices. As a small business within the meaning of Section 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge value added tax and therefore do not show it. Shipping costs are shown separately (see Shipping Policy).
4. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the order process, including credit/debit card (Shopify Payments), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additional payment methods shown at checkout may be available.
5. Delivery
Processing and delivery times as well as shipping costs and delivery areas result from our Shipping Policy. We deliver within Germany and to EU countries.
6. Individually Made & Digital Items
Part of our range is made individually to customer request (e.g. with personalization, color or size selection). We also offer digital products (e.g. STL files). The special notes on the right of withdrawal apply to these (see Withdrawal & Return Policy).
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For items individually 3D-printed, fine layer lines may be visible due to production; this does not constitute a defect.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
